 Any kind of motorcycle riding or racing should be accompanied by a good helmet to protect your head and the contents inside of it. That said, crashes happen and helmets do their intended job to keep the rider/racer safe and protected. However, once a helmet serves it’s purpose on a hard impact, that helmet is no longer going to protect a head in the same way it did before the impact. This is where our new initiative, Head Strong Program, comes into play. We would like to be able to have new helmets on-site at racing events (in all sizes) so that all participants are able to still compete without compromising the safety of their head (& brain). Too many times, we’ve seen the helmet do it’s job and the kid still wants to race, but there isn’t a back up helmet for the racer to wear, so they put on the helmet that’s already taken an impact. Our organization has helmets available on-site in every size at events we attend to help prevent potentially life-threatening events from happening.  

We also recognize the need for some helmets to be replaced outside of the track and raise funds for the Head Strong Helmet program to help offset the cost of replacing a race helmet for riders.
